Introduction
Medcore Digital partnered with a fast-growing telehealth and remote patient monitoring (RPM) company to accelerate digital demand generation across the U.S. healthcare market. Our engagement included funnel development, content modernization, digital advertising strategy, and physician-focused education campaigns to increase adoption of the client’s virtual care solutions.
Background & Objectives
The client had a clinically proven product and strong relationships with a few practices, but struggled to scale in a competitive digital health landscape. Their online presence lacked differentiation, their value proposition wasn’t resonating with physicians, and they had little digital infrastructure to nurture leads. They needed a partner who understood healthcare buyer psychology, compliance, and the decision-making journey of clinic owners and health systems. Medcore was brought in to build a repeatable, scalable digital marketing strategy designed to drive awareness, demos, and RPM program sign-ups at volume.

We built SEO-optimized landing pages and an RPM resource hub to strengthen discoverability. To drive demand, we launched coordinated Google and LinkedIn paid media campaigns supported by an automated email nurture system. Market Insights & Strategic Positioning
We began with a deep discovery analysis to identify gaps in the telehealth and RPM competitive landscape and the physician segments most receptive to remote monitoring. Our research also uncovered compliance-safe messaging angles and CMS reimbursement themes appropriate for digital campaigns. We evaluated the content formats physicians trust most when assessing technology partners. All insights were consolidated into a digital opportunity map that highlights key differentiators, including reimbursement clarity, ease of implementation, and measurable outcomes. This strategic foundation guided all messaging, creative direction, and audience targeting.
Full-Funnel Digital Execution
To activate the strategy, Medcore launched a multi-channel digital program that combined physician-focused content marketing with targeted SEO and SEM to capture high-intent RPM and telehealth searches. Intent-based Google Search and LinkedIn campaigns were deployed to reach practice managers, CMOs, and chronic care providers. A structured 7-touch email nurture sequence guided physicians from initial curiosity to a demo booking. Monthly CME-style webinars with U.S. clinicians addressed RPM misconceptions and showcased real patient outcomes. All initiatives were tracked through weekly reports measuring CPL, demo conversions, sales velocity, and funnel performance.
